The cycle of water and mud treatment, associated with arthro-rheumatic ailments (extra articular rheumatisms, osteoporosis and other degenerative forms, arthrosis, polyarthrosis, acute articular rheumatism, lumbar arthrosis, vertebral column arthrosis) includes medical check-up and relative diagnosis, followed by 12 mud treatments and 12 baths.
The cost is 50€ with exemption for the over 65 and with a family income inferior to 36.151,98€. The cost of the prescription is 3,10€. Children under 6 years of age are also exempted.

The Health Centre is an outpatient structure where check-ups are carried out by specialists in thermal treatment and gastroenterology. It is equipped with a diagnostic centre with a laboratory for chemical-clinical and microbiological analysis.

Acqua Santa is a thermal mineral water containing sulphur, bicarbonate and calcium. Mineral water treatment is purifying, detoxifying, stimulates the metabolism and helps eliminate the negative effects of long-term pharmacologic therapies, such as oral contraceptives. To be drunk each day on an empty stomach for treatment cycles of at least 12 days, in agreement with the National Health Service, as per the doctor’s prescription. It is indicated for ailments of the liver and of the bilious tract, such as gastroenteric or biliary dyspepsia, after surgical operations on the bilious tract. Treament with Acqua Santa helps improve basic liver and bile functions, digestion, the assimilation of food fats and the elimination of noxious substances. The treatment should be begun at home with a preliminary cycle of 15 days and continued after the stay at the Spa for another 15 days, integrating it after 6 months with a cycle of at least thirty days at home.
Acqua Fucoli flows out at 16,5° and is therefore a cold mineral water containing  bicarbonate, sulphur and calcium. To be drunk in the afternoon, after digestion, it determines an increase in the quantity of bile and helps its regular function. It helps regulate intestinal motility, activate diuresis and acts as anti-inflammatory on the gastro-duodenal mucosa.
